Pick up or drop off details will be determined when making reservation and driver will meet you at your convenience location. If pick up is at airport, you have the option to meet your driver inside or outside. To make pick up easier and convenient, you will need to provide your cell phone number if any. It is important to turn on your cell phone when get off the plane. Any problems, please contact base immediately.

We are responsible to monitor all domestic and international flight schedules and check for actual arrival time. In certain occasions, additional waiting time will be done due to incorrect airline schedule. In this case, thirty minutes waiting time for domestic and one hour for international flights are complementary. Additional waiting time will be billed at the rate of forty dollars per hour.

If for any circumstances, you wish to cancel your reservation, please inform us at least twelve hours before scheduled pick up time to void any cancellation fees. Full charge will apply to cancellation done within twelve hours including twenty percent service fee.
